CHEMY GREENS LSRA

Textile auxiliary as an electrolyte

The product used for the process of dyeing a cellulose material is a textile treating agent which provides the affinity of dyestuff, the acceleration of the dyestuff association and lowering of its solubility for the migration, adsorption and fixation of the dyestuff to the cellulose material and further provides the all round work of the traditional salts.

Summary

The CHEMY GREENS LSRA is an electrolyte to provide the affinity of the reactive dyestuff, acceleration of the dyestuff association and exhaustion of the dyestuff for migration and adsorption for the treatment of yarn, garments and fabrics.

Advantages

Does the all round work of the traditional salts and provides a maximum pollution free environment, levelling property, colour fastness to washing, colour fastness to rubbing, a significant improvement in the performance of its dyeing, the less amount of waste water and can be dyed at room temperature.

Features

Used as an electrolyte.

Maximum pollution free.

Storage

Better when stored under room temperature.

Health & Safety

Health, handling and safety measures on this is given in individual data sheet, avail on request.

Application

Processing a textile product using the CHEMY GREENS LSRA as an electrolyte to provide the affinity of the reactive dyestuff, acceleration of the dyestuff association and exhaustion of the dyestuff for migration and adsorption for the treatment of yarn, garments and fabrics.

Batch wise treatment

Pre-treated cellulose material is dyed maintaining with a pH between 5.5 and 9.0; adding with reactive dyes and CHEMY GREENS LSRA ranging between 1.8 GPL and 4.5 GPL at a temperature between 400c and 800c; staining for between 0:10 and 1:30 hours; next adding with soda ash at a temperature between 400c and 800c; staining for between 0:10 and 1.00 hours; further adding with an alkaline agent at a temperature between 400c and 800c; staining for between 0:20 and 2:00 hours; finally soaping; washing and drying.
