The product used for the process of scouring and levelling in the pre-treatment of cellulose material is a textile pre-treating agent which facilitates the affinity of dyestuff, the acceleration of the dyestuff association and lowering of its solubility for the migration, adsorption and fixation of the dyestuff to the cellulose material.

Batch wise treatment


By running in water ranging between 1% and 2% (on the weight of goods) of CHEMY GREENS SMR between 60 0 c and 100 0 c maintaining pH between 6 and above for between 0:30 and 2:00 hours.
