This chemical company is a partnership unit and its directors are P. Prabhakaran & P. P. Rama, who are well experienced in the field of organic chemical manufacturing. The company runs at No.123 F, KAMBAN NAGAR, KOMARAPALAYAM, NAMAKKAL (DT) from 2016.

The main aim of the company is to promote dyeing with less pollution in various steps especially pre-treatment such as wetting, bio-scouring, desizing and levelling using enzymes; dyeing with least sodium chloride or sodium sulphate using low salts and low alkalis, and finally treated with neutralization, soaping and softening using enzymes.

So they are eco and human friendly. Being socially responsible and innovative, the company manufactures organic chemicals to protect the environment from various hazardous salts and chemicals widely used now - a - days in the textile dyeing industry. The high impact of salts like sodium chloride or sodium sulphate and chemicals affects the environment, especially soil and water very badly. But the company’s products can maximum reduce the use of salts like sodium chloride or sodium sulphate and chemicals. The company’s inventive products consume only very less amount of water, steam, electricity, manpower etc. Moreover, it is very easy and simple to recycle the wastewater and so it is obviously cost effective. We offer the chemy greens chemicals to improve the quality, sustainability, consistency and productivity in the process of dyeing of any cellulose material. Besides providing wonderful results, the chemicals are also superior in standard and cost-effective.

We propose to solve the existing problems in dyeing such as the more consumption of salts, chemicals, water, steam and electricity. Particularly, as the salts are indispencible, its concentration for dyeing is between 20 GPL and 100 GPL and between 6 GPL and 25 GPL for soda ash. So the contamination is very high and further it is very difficult to recycle the wastewater. As a result, it deeply pollutes the soil and water bodies with highly-coloured effluents with high TDS, TSS, COD, and BOD.
